Event Refund Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
- Tickets for Toronto Region Board of Trade events are non-refundable. If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend, please invite a colleague to attend in your stead.
Cancelled & Rescheduled Events
- Cancelled Events - You'll be contacted and receive an automatic refund for tickets bought online using your purchase payment method.
- Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Refunds are guaranteed.

Event Accessibility
The Toronto Region Board of Trade provides fully-accessible event facilities. Individuals with disabilities requiring personal support may bring an accompanying support person to events free of charge for both admission and food & beverage, excluding items from cash bars where applicable.
Health & Safety
We continue to ask guests to self-monitor and not attend the event in person if they are feeling unwell, even if they choose to wear a mask onsite.
