Event Refund Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
- Tickets for Toronto Region Board of Trade events are non-refundable. If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend, please invite a colleague to attend in your stead.
Cancelled & Rescheduled Events
- Cancelled Events - You'll be contacted and receive an automatic refund for tickets bought online using your purchase payment method.
- Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Refunds are guaranteed.

Event Accessibility
The Toronto Region Board of Trade and World Trade Centre Toronto provides fully-accessible event facilities. Individuals with disabilities requiring personal support may bring an accompanying support person to events free of charge for both admission and food & beverage, excluding items from cash bars where applicable.
Health & Safety
We continue to ask guests to self-monitor and not attend the event in person if they are feeling unwell, even if they choose to wear a mask onsite.
