Event Refund Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

• Tickets for Toronto Region Board of Trade events are non-refundable. If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend, please invite a colleague to attend in your stead.

Cancelled & Rescheduled Events

• Cancelled Events - You'll be contacted and receive an automatic refund for tickets bought online using your purchase payment method.
• Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Refunds are guaranteed.
